i tried the internet for a few novice alchemical expiriments but found nothing. im still in training so i need to learn. anyone know simple expiriments using household goods?

Hi everyone! Let me introduce myself first. My name is Bess. I am an aspiring doctor and I am keen to get my teeth into work, paid or unpaid. As a nursing student, I have experienced working in different communities and I feel I still have a lot offer. I have studied film and photography for two years but then I realized I really want to be a doctor so I took a medical course.

Perhaps all those stuff are enough to support  my background. I am currently doing a research about Alchemy for my college paper. Honestly, I know so little about the topic given to me. I am hoping that loging in to this site will be helpful. I'm quite sure that the members here know much about the topic. If so, maybe you want to give a hand. You can just leave your comments on this blog which I will visit from time to time. I am based in Phoenix and I am willing to travel out of town for significant resources. It's that time of the year again.  Most people these days do not get the significance of Halloween.  I learned that Halloween was a time where all evil took a "Holiday."  People would dressed in costumes of ghoulish caricatures; those of which would not be "seen" by their ghostly counterparts.  They couldn't tell the difference between the costumed, and the actual spirits. Unfortunately, some humans have taken it upon themselves to destroy any good balanced energy the living and the dead had arranged. Today, Kids aren't worried about ghouls or ghosts; they are terrified that humanity has put razor blades and poison into their candy.  Humanity has destroyed much of what this symbolic day has meant over the ages.  WE have made it unsafe, untrustworthy, and more "evil" than any ghoul or ghost has from the past.  Humanity must treat one another with the mutual respect once given between them and their mutual demons of the past.  For our Children's sake, we need to mature as a race.  Peace and Love always in all your Journeys, JoJo

In Carl Jung's studies of alchemy, he believed the first record of an homunculus in alchemical literature appeared in the Visions of Zosimos, written in the third century AD, although the actual word "homunculus" was never used. In the visions, Zosimos mentions encountering a man who impales him with a sword, and then undergoes "unendurable torment," his eyes become blood, he spews forth his flesh, and changes into "the opposite of himself, into a mutilated anthroparion, and he tore his flesh with his own teeth, and sank into himself," which is a rather grotesque personification of the ouroboros, the dragon that bites its own tail, which represents the "dyophysite" nature in alchemy: the balance of two principles. Zosimos later encounters several other homunculi, named as the Brazen Man, the Leaden Man, and so forth. Commonly, the homunculi "submit themselves to unendurable torment" and undergo alchemical transformation. Zosimos made no mention of actually creating an artificial human, but rather used the concept of personifying inanimate metals to further explore alchemy.

There are many different variations on a theme, when we speak of the Emerald Tablet.  Some gaze upon it forever; never knowing what miracles lie within its text.  Some base entire philosophies and religions upon this Emerald Beauty.  However, no matter what you believe, you should experience it for yourself; before you decide.  Read it and put it aside for awhile, then read it a few more times.  Think about the various beliefs in your society; how many rituals and rites do you remember that follow the principals spelled out by the Alantians.  We all have a piece of the knowledge; the missing element being "We all need to work as One."  The final element; no Godlike being would ever say that killing is allowed.  Parents just don't say that about their Children.  We want our young to work together, get along together, and Love one another.  Even Evil Loves.
